Times of the ice age, Europe 20 thousand. years ago. The young man, together with his tribesmen, sets off on his first hunt. When he is wounded, they abandon him, condemning him to certain death. Terrified and lonely, he tries to survive in the merciless world of wilderness. He is trying to tame the wolf's rejection by the herd with anxiety. With time, they start to trust each other, moreover, they can count on each other, creating an extraordinary pair of allies. ciekawy pomysł na film. polecam

Reżyser liczył na dobre oceny chyba jedynie w kontekście wizualizacji epoko lodowcowej bo cała reszta leży na dnie oceany, w tonie w mule, leży i kwiczy. 20.000 lat temu ludzi mówiący składnią współczesnego języka :) 20.000 lat temu ludzi mający "serce większe od włóczni" :) 20.000 lat temu ludzi doskonale szyjący ubrania ze skóry :) Innych ciekawostek to chyba nawet nie ma co wymieniać, np. palące się ogniska (np. w wiosce) a jakoś składu drewna nie widać a i lasu w najbliższej okolicy... itd...

Film jest proba pokazania jak sie zylo ludziom z gatunku Homo w Europie we wspolnotach zbieracko-lowieckich pod koniec ostatniej epoki lodowcowej. Autorzy filmu zwrocili uwage na moment kiedy to nastapilo udomowienie wilka, jedynego zwierzecia przed rewolucja agrarna. Bardzo ladnie ten okres opisal Yuval Noah Harari w swojej ksiazce Sapiens, od zwierzat do bogow. Polecam film doroslym i starszej mlodziezy z pewnym przygotowaniem na temat wsponot ludzi z epoki kamiennej.
